We're a family business in Eagle Mountain, Utah. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect through myhomefrontharvest.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean Homefront Harvest LLC, and "you" means anyone who visits the Site or contacts us.
The short version:
- We collect only what you give us (like your name and email) plus basic website data.
- We use it to send what you asked for and to answer your messages.
- We don't sell your personal information for money. We use analytics and advertising tools (Google and Meta). You can opt out of targeted ads (see Section 5).
- You can unsubscribe from our emails anytime, and you can ask us to see or delete your information.
- The Site is meant for parents and other adults, not children.
- Books are sold on Amazon, not on this Site. Amazon handles those purchases under its own policies.
1. Who we are
Homefront Harvest LLC is a Utah limited liability company. It's a family business that publishes the Kid CEO Workbook and runs, or may in the future run, other small family ventures (for example, kids' businesses such as lawn care or baking) that may appear on this Site. This policy covers all of them when they collect information through this Site.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on the Site (for example, to get the free Kid CEO sample, or to send us a message), we collect:
- your first name (and last name, if you provide it)
- your email address
- your phone number, only if you choose to provide it
- the age group(s) of the children you're shopping for, only if you choose to provide them. We ask for age ranges such as "8–10," never children's names.
- the topic you pick and the message you write. If you're contacting us as a member of the media, the name of your outlet or show.
- your consent choices (for example, whether you agreed to receive marketing emails, and when)
Please don't include sensitive information (like health information) or details about your children beyond what you need in messages to us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and our email system automatically collect some technical information. That includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, the page that referred you, and whether you opened our emails or clicked links in them. Some of this is collected with cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
Information from others. We don't buy contact lists, and we don't receive your personal information from Amazon when you buy one of our books.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- send you what you asked for, such as the free sample PDF
- send email updates you signed up for, such as short tips about the Kid CEO Workbook and news about our books (only if you opted in; you can unsubscribe anytime)
- answer your messages and route them to the right family member or venture
- run, secure, and improve the Site: understand which pages are useful, fix problems, and prevent spam and abuse
- comply with the law, and enforce our Terms & Conditions
We don't use your information to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Email marketing and your choices
- Opt-in only. We send marketing emails only to people who sign up and agree to receive them, for example by checking the consent box on our free-sample form.
- Unsubscribe anytime. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email [email protected]. We'll process unsubscribe requests promptly and within the time the law requires.
- Messages you'll still get. If you've unsubscribed, we may still reply to messages you send us.
- No texts unless you agree. We don't send marketing text messages. If you give us your phone number, we'll use it only to respond to your inquiry, and only if you've agreed that we may contact you that way.
- We follow the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act: our emails identify us, include our mailing address, and don't use misleading subject lines.
5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (small files or snippets of code that store or read information on your browser or device) for three purposes:
- To run the Site. The Site is built and hosted on GoHighLevel (also known as LeadConnector). It uses cookies and similar technologies to make the Site and its forms work and to keep them secure. It also records basic visit and form-submission information, and it tracks email opens and link clicks.
- Analytics: Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site, for example which pages are popular and where visitors come from. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed, and approximate location. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy.
- Ad measurement and retargeting: Meta Pixel (and Google ads tools when we run Google ads). We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure how our posts and ads perform, and to show our ads to people who've visited the Site ("retargeting"). The pixel and related cookies record activity such as the pages you visit and the forms you submit. This means information about your browsing activity on our Site may be shared with Meta (and Google), who may combine it with other information they have about you and use it to show you ads. Meta and Google process this information under their own privacy policies.
About "sharing" and targeted advertising. We don't sell your personal information for money. Some U.S. state privacy laws treat letting advertising pixels collect browsing activity for ad targeting as "sharing" personal information, or as "targeted advertising." You can opt out of this at any time:
- Ask us: use the contact form (choose "Other") or email [email protected] with the subject "Opt out of targeted ads." We'll stop using your information for targeted advertising, to the extent we can identify it, and help you with the browser-level choices below.
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser, where our tools allow.
Other ways to control cookies and ads:
- Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Google ads: manage ad personalization at https://myadcenter.google.com (Google's "My Ad Center" ad settings).
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings (Accounts Center › Ad preferences), or visit https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences.
- Industry opt-outs: use the Digital Advertising Alliance's tools at https://optout.aboutads.info (YourAdChoices) and the Network Advertising Initiative's at https://optout.networkadvertising.org.
- Your browser: most browsers let you block or delete cookies, including third-party cookies, and some block trackers by default. Blocking cookies may stop some Site features (like forms) from working properly.
- Cookie notice: if the Site shows you a cookie notice, you can use it to accept or decline non-essential (analytics and advertising) cookies.
We don't currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because there isn't a common standard for them. (We honor Global Privacy Control as described above.)
6. How we share information
We don't sell your personal information for money. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers and partners that help us run the Site, our email, analytics, advertising, and book sales. Our service providers may use your information only to provide services to us. Google and Meta also use analytics and pixel data under their own privacy policies (see Section 5), and Amazon handles your book purchase under its own policies:
| Provider | What they do for us |
|---|---|
| GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (HighLevel, Inc.) | Website hosting, forms, contact database, and email sending |
| Mailgun (Sinch) | Email delivery infrastructure used by LeadConnector |
| Google Workspace (Google LLC) | Our hello@ inbox, where messages and form notifications arrive |
| Google LLC (Google Analytics and Google ads tools) | Site analytics, and ad measurement if we run Google ads (see Section 5) |
| Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel) | Ad measurement and retargeting on Facebook and Instagram (see Section 5) |
| Amazon (Amazon.com, Inc. and affiliates) | We use Amazon to sell and deliver our books (paperback and Kindle). See "Buying our books on Amazon" below |
- Buying our books on Amazon. We use Amazon to sell our books; we don't sell them on this Site. When you click a link to Amazon, you leave our Site, and Amazon's own Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice govern your visit and purchase. We don't send your contact information to Amazon, and Amazon doesn't give us your name or contact details when you buy. We may receive aggregate sales and royalty reports. Some of our Amazon links may include Amazon tracking tags (such as Amazon Attribution tags, or Amazon Associates affiliate links if we use them). Those let Amazon (and us, in aggregate) see that a visit or purchase came from our Site or posts. If we use affiliate links, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you, and we'll say so where required.
- Within our family business. If your message is about one of our family ventures (for example, a kids' business), we'll share it with the family member who runs that venture so they can reply. All of our ventures are part of Homefront Harvest LLC and follow this policy.
- Legal reasons. If the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our family, our customers, or others.
- Business changes. If Homefront Harvest LLC (or part of it) is reorganized, merged, or sold, your information may transfer as part of that deal. It will stay subject to this policy's promises.
- With your permission. In any other case, only if you ask us to or agree to it.
7. Children's privacy
The Site and our emails are meant for parents, guardians, and other adults. The Kid CEO Workbook is designed to be used by children with a parent's supervision, but the Site itself isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- Our forms are meant to be filled out by adults. We ask parents only for their children's age ranges, never their names or other details.
- Please don't let children submit forms or send us messages, and please don't include your children's names, photos, or other personal details in messages to us.
- If we learn that we've collected personal information from a child under 13, we'll delete it. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us at [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy:
- Email list contacts: while you're subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record (your email address and the date you unsubscribed) so we honor your choice and don't email you again.
- Messages and inquiries: typically up to 2 years after our last contact, unless an ongoing conversation or legal need requires longer.
- Technical and analytics data: generally up to 26 months, or as set by the provider.
- Inactive contacts who haven't opened or clicked our emails in 12–18 months may be removed from our list.
We may keep information longer if the law requires it, or to resolve disputes.
9. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards:
- reputable service providers
- encrypted (HTTPS) connections on the Site
- limited access, with separate logins for family members who answer messages
- email authentication (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC)
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. Please don't send us sensitive information through forms or email.
10. Your privacy rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- access the personal information we have about you
- correct information that's wrong
- delete your information
- stop marketing emails (unsubscribe)
- opt out of targeted advertising (see Section 5)
Some U.S. states, such as Utah, California, Colorado, Virginia, and others, give residents specific privacy rights. Those may include the right to know what we collect, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling. Many of these laws apply only to businesses above certain size thresholds, which we may not meet. We'd still rather just honor reasonable requests.
- Homefront Harvest LLC doesn't currently meet the thresholds of the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (which applies to businesses with more than $25 million in annual revenue that also meet data-volume thresholds) or most other state privacy laws. Even so, we honor the requests described here.
How to make a request: use the contact form (choose "Other") or email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request."
- We'll verify your request by confirming it from the email address we have on file.
- We'll respond within 45 days.
- An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with your signed permission.
- We won't treat you differently for using your privacy rights.
- If we deny your request, we'll explain why, and you may reply to our decision to ask us to reconsider (appeal) it.
11. Where information is stored
We're based in the United States, and our service providers store and process information in the United States and may also process it in other countries. If you visit from outside the U.S., your information will be handled in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
12. Links to other sites
The Site links to other sites, like Amazon (where our books are sold) and social media. We're not responsible for those sites' privacy practices. Purchases on Amazon are governed by Amazon's own conditions of use and privacy notice. We don't take payments or collect payment information on this Site.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date. If we make a material change to how we use personal information we've already collected, we'll give notice on the Site or by email, and get your consent where the law requires it.
